Service Description
For new or early-stage projects that need turning into something clear, organised and workable. Your support includes project goals and scope, milestones and deadlines, roles and responsibilities, action and project trackers, plus kick-off and handover support.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, cancellations and rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used and may not be refundable or rebookable. If you miss a session without notice, the session may be treated as used. For paid services, your booking is subject to the scope, payment and delivery terms shown for that service and in the Project Help Desk Terms & Conditions. For Project Setup and Project Rescue Review, the stated delivery timeframe begins once your project reaches Project Ready status meaning payment has been received, the required Project Brief and documents have been submitted, and the initial call has taken place. For Ongoing Project Support, sessions must be used within the active plan period and do not roll over unless agreed in writing. If Project Help Desk needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost. Where applicable, any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded will still apply.
