Which service is right for me?

If you’re starting something new, Project Setup is usually the best fit. If a project has stalled or gone off track, Project Rescue Review is designed to help you work out what needs fixing. If you need regular support to keep things moving, Ongoing Project Support may be more suitable.If you’re unsure, book a free Discovery Call and we’ll help you choose the right option.

When does my delivery timeframe start?

Your turnaround starts once your project reaches Project Ready status.That means payment has been received, your Project Brief has been completed, any requested documents have been provided and your initial call has taken place.

What does Project Ready mean?

Accepted Answer

Project Ready means we have everything we need to begin your work properly.For most services, this includes your completed Project Brief, relevant documents and the initial kick-off or diagnostic call.

Question 4

What if I need more support than my package includes?

Accepted Answer

If your project needs additional work, we’ll explain what’s needed and agree any extra scope or cost with you before carrying out additional work.There are no surprise charges.

Question 5

Can I reschedule a session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.Sessions cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used.

Question 6

Do unused Ongoing Support sessions roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Ongoing Project Support sessions need to be used within the active one-month plan period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do you work with all types of projects?

Accepted Answer

No. Project Help Desk does not take on projects connected with local authorities, government or publicly funded programmes, construction, housing improvement, retrofit, engineering or installation works.If you’re unsure whether your project is suitable, contact us before booking.
